My apologies if the booking process has not given you all the information you need, hopefully these should answer some of your questions.
BOOKINGS, INCLUSIONS & EXTRAS
Appointments
Can I rock up on the day and get a photo? There are a limited number of ‘walk-in’ bookings available each day, there will be longer waiting times to customers who have not pre-booked.
I don’t have a credit card, is this the only way to book an appointment? YES, this is the only way to book, however, if you do not have a credit card, you can purchase a prepaid visa from most grocery stores or petrol stations. Otherwise, you can pay cash or credit card for a ‘walk in’ appointment.
Can I book a Pet session if I don’t have a pet?? YES! as long as no one in your family has allergies to ANY kind of creature that could be referred to as a ‘pet’, these bookings can be booked by non pet owners if the booking availability suits you better than the non pet inclusive sessions.
Can I book a Non Pet session and bring my dog/cat/bird along? urghh… NOPE.. Santa says NO!!! The session specifically for non-pet families are there to ensure risk is minimised for those of us with allergies. If you rock up to your session with something that isn’t human, that is not supposed to include pets, you will not gain entry, loose your booking fee and need to book and return on a pet friendly day.
Is the photo taken in Portrait or Landscape ?
We are no longer restricted by social distancing, so this means for the first time since 2019 we can sit close to Santa.
Your booking includes 1 x photo, this can be printed or received as a download. Yes it states download on the booking, but you can choose a print on the day instead.
Can I purchase extra images if I want more than 1 copy?
Yes you can purchase extra photo’s on the day, you can select from printing or downloading on the day. You can choose to do this whilst you make your booking, or you can do it once you see the photo’s, you can even do it at a later stage as your images will be stored securely after the fact.
Note: You will only get to see all the photo’s via private gallery if you request this, or if you have purchased the $50 all digitals. The digital files will be made available via a secure online gallery, sent to your email. From there you will be able to purchase more prints from my pro printing lab or select additional files to purchase/ download. If you have purchased the $50 download all, no further download costs apply, but if you wish to order prints, these are at additional cost.
Once you select your photo and download it, you cannot change your mind, if you want a different photo, you need to purchase it.
Can I get a few different photo’s taken for my Family?
Yes, in short, you can have a few variations taken as exampled below, however, this must be done in your allocated time slot and can only include your immediate family. Additional bookings are required when inviting friends, cousins, nanna & pa. Your booking only includes the cost of 1 photograph to take home, so if you do more poses, you’re best value is to purchase the download package to get all images taken.
Example1. : One family unit, requires one booking (i.e. parents and children)
Example 2. One family unit, with a second family unit I.e cousins, grandparents etc who wish to do more than 2 variations (I.e. all cousins together, 1 set of kids, the other set of kids and then all kids and parents together) need to book an appointment for each family set.
Every 5 minute block is chargeable, so the more time you spend with Santa, the more it will cost you. But if you are quick movers, this also can mean a great deal of memories made to take home, as I never take just one photo during the sitting.
CHANGES, WHEN THINGS GO PEAR SHAPED
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule, you can do this through your booking confirmation email. However, if there are no other bookings available, you can cancel the booking for a refund if outside of the 72 hour cancellation terms.
Cancellations
You can manage your booking, including cancelling it via your booking confirmation email, if you no longer have this, you can email me directly at hello@hayleighbeach.com, note however, during the Santa Season, email administration is delayed and as such, your refund may not be confirmed immediatley, however, providing you have notified us of your intention to cancel more than 72 hours ahead of your booking, your cancellation will be honoured and refund issed.
If cancelling under 72 hours of your booking, you will not receive a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are honoured for cancellations made over 72 hours prior to booking date/time.
Refunds are not given on any print product, other than when it is defective.
Refunds are not given for “change of mind” when downloaded products have already been issued or received by purchaser.
Refunds are not given if you bring your pet to a non-pet session

Please only use my email hello@hayleighbeach.com to contact me with queries, I am currently getting personal DM’s on my personal Facebook, personal insta and also through my FB business pages and keeping track of responses is a nightmare, it also means I may overlook a query, so please, keep it to emails, leave your number on your email and you will receive a call if needed to resolve your query.
You don’t DM your bank manager, or dentist or the kids teacher, so please allow the same for me. Expect 24 - 48 hour response times to emails. I am working solid to get to all queries and I want to do my best for you all.
